One summer of track in middle school taught me proper form and took my game to another level.

That’s the kind of impact I want this camp to have. We’re teaching fundamentals, mechanics, and building real athletes.

We are also developing their mindset. The classroom portion focuses on communication, team building, and leadership.

I’m putting everything I know into this camp, and I can’t wait to see the growth that comes from it.

Rough start to the season for Mandarin Athletic Association, but I saw nothing but potential.
Brought the teams together for a speed and agility session to tighten up fundamentals, boost morale, and remind these young athletes why we play this game—because it’s FUN.
We addressed bad habits, emphasized the controllables—effort and attitude—and left the field better than we came.
Solid work, good energy, and great coaching all around. This is how we turn things around.

Sharing what worked for me—not trying to sell you anything.

In the first picture, I thought growing my hair out would solve the problem, but I quickly realized that wasn’t the answer. While trucking, a friend recommended a couple of products from Amazon. I started using them consistently, and the results speak for themselves.

From 288 lbs to 183 lbs. From 6 medications to just 1.

This is what sustainable lifestyle change looks like. When Bill started his journey, it wasn’t about the number on the scale - it was about taking control of his health.

Today, he’s 100 pounds lighter, healthier, and only needs one medication instead of six. 💪🏿💊
