Each year, the SASW department hosts an outdoor music and activity fest at UNF’s Eco-Adventure space. This is an afternoon of zip-lining, outdoor activities in UNF’s nature preserve, music, food truck, and more. It’s a great chance for students to get to meet other students and faculty and experience some of what the beautiful UNF campus has to offer in terms of recreation. This year’s Southern Sociological Society meetings are being held here in Jacksonville, Florida.
