Congratulations, Anya! 👏🏼

📣 Student of the Week 📣

Let’s give a round of applause for our student of the week at ISB! This week’s student was nominated twice. Congratulations to Anya Durr!!

Here are the comments the staff made in her nominations.

“I am nominating Anya because I have seen her grow as a self-advocate this week. She problems solved alternate ways to get to her off-campus job and advocated to learn a new independent travel route with Mr. Kram! Great job Anya!”

“Anya has been so polite and curious when I have transported her to her classes off campus. She is very knowledgeable about her job after class and has been very good at communicating. She is a great asset to have
on campus.”

Congratulations, Zion!

📣Special Announcement 📣
We would like to announce our first student of the week for the 2026-27 school year, Zion Stewart! Congratulations on being selected, Zion!

Zion has an infectious happy demeanor. Whenever I see him in class, he is often engaging his peers, trying new tasks, and showcasing his strengths. He likes to share some of his favorite phrases when interacting with peers and educators. He enjoys the outdoors, during lunch break you can find him dancing to some tunes, playing with bubbles from the bubble machine, or exploring the world around him.
