🎉 Congratulations to Pediatric Dental Care at Healthcare Network Nichols Community Health Center on earning the Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) designation!

To achieve this credential, at least 80% of patient-facing staff completed autism-specific training, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and best practices needed to support autistic and sensory-sensitive patients and their families. 🤝 As part of the certification process, IBCCES also conducted an onsite review to develop sensory guides and provide additional recommendations to enhance accessibility. 📋✨

This commitment to inclusive care is further reflected in the creation of a new sensory-friendly dental operatory, providing a calm and welcoming environment for patients, particularly children with autism and other sensory needs. 🌟

We were proud to be part of the Dubai Turtle Rehabilitation Project Sea Turtle Release in recognition of World Sea Turtle Day. 🐢🌊

Witnessing rehabilitated sea turtles return to the Arabian Gulf was an inspiring reminder of the importance of conservation, collaboration, and long-term commitment to protecting our environment.

It was also wonderful to connect with colleagues from across the region, including members of the SeaWorld Yas Island rehabilitation team and several Certified Autism Center™ partners. Seeing so many partners come together reinforced the value of strong relationships and collaboration in creating meaningful impact within our communities. 🤝
