π Before heading off for summer break, Mr. Peel's fourth graders packed in even more learning and fun! Students participated in virtual interviews about the court system, heard from guest speakers from Hispanic Ministries, and presented projects on various careers, health, and wellness topics. We love seeing our students engage with real-world experiences and explore so many different interests and opportunities. What a great way to wrap up the school year! βοΈβ€οΈ On the last day of school, Ms. Raeβs second grade class had a special visit from Father James! He spent time talking with students about their recent First Holy Communion, answering questions, sharing copies of their First Communion class photo, and reflecting on this important milestone in their faith journey. To conclude the visit, he offered a special prayer of blessing and protection over the students. What a meaningful way to end the school year!

π On the last day of school, we gathered together one final time as a school community to celebrate our students' incredible achievements at our Academic Awards Ceremony! From the Jaguar and service awards and everything in between, it was a special time to recognize the hard work, dedication, character, and accomplishments of our students throughout the quarter and school year. We are so proud of all that our Jaguars have achieved both inside and outside the classroom. Congratulations to all of our award recipients, and way to go, Jaguars! β€οΈπ€

π Kindergarten graduation was a huge success! Our students loved wearing their special caps and gowns and sharing with their families all theyβve learned this year at Sacred Heart. π Last week marked a momentous milestone for our 8th grade graduates as they celebrated the culmination of their years at Sacred Heart.
