VPK & School-Age Parents,

Spring Break: March 16–20

There will be no VPK classes during the week of March 16–20, and Duval County Public Schools will also be closed. However, our center will remain OPEN all week.

-School-Age Students

If your child is school-age, please notify the front office if they will be attending so we can enroll them in our Spring Break Program.

School-age students with an ELC voucher are required to attend the center when Duval County schools are not in session.

If an ELC school-age child does not attend during Spring Break week, they will be disenrolled from our center.

We cannot keep ELC school-age students enrolled if they do not attend on non-school days.

The ELC payment for elementary school-age children is $86.70 plus your parent fee.

-VPK Students

If you plan to bring your child during Spring Break week:

$210.00 for 4-year-olds

$200.00 for 5-year-olds

If you are a School Readiness parent with an ELC voucher:

Tuition will increase by $40.00 for 4-year-olds

Tuition will increase by $30.00 for 5-year-olds

Please note: Spring Break vacation applies to VPK students only.

-Non-VPK Students

If your child is not enrolled in VPK and will not be attending that week, you must have an available vacation week. Otherwise, you will be charged for the week even if your child does not attend.

We are enrolling for VPK 2026-2027.

If your child is currently in our 3/4 year old class and will be 4 years old by September 1st 2026, they are ELIGIBLE FOR FREE VPK! We have 5 VPK classes at the center.
We want to make parents aware that enrollment is open before we fill up. It is your responsibility to apply for the VPK certificate and provide that to us in order to hold your spot.
A VPK tour is REQUIRED before enrolling your child into our program due to rules/regulations being different when a child enters VPK.

Please remember that even though your child is enrolled right now that this does not mean they go straight into VPK. If you wait you may loose your chance for your child to stay with us.

WWW.ELCDUVAL.ORG is the website you can go to and apply for the VPK Certificate. After that you need to schedule a tour with us. After the tour you will provide us with the VPK Certificate and we will provide you with proof that your child is enrolled in our VPK.
