Family Music & Movement classes incorporate songs with movement and various hand held instruments for babies ages 2 weeks- 24 months. Music is a perfect first class for baby because it helps them recognize patterns and gives them the consistency they crave, it releases hormones that promote bonding, and is a wonderful first step in learning language (those patterns again!). Emily received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State and is happy to bring her love for rhythm to our littlest friends. Emily's Music and Movement Class since she was 4 months old. Now, at almost 9 months old, she is able to choose her own instrument, laugh and dance to the music, and is even becoming familiar with the order of events in the class. The older children always love to "help" the younger ones, and Ms. Emily is great about keeping the class moving along with lots of fun. We always look forward to our Wednesday mornings!"

Such a sweet playgroup today!
Next playgroup: Sept 25
** playgroup is open to all former music families as well as any current music families with a little one 21 months or up (OR younger if you are also pregnant)
The goal is to meet other families across different music classes with the same age kids and find some friends to make play dates with 📕 🎶 👶
