Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

Today is about so much more than just great food and vibrant celebration! It’s a fantastic opportunity to dive into rich history and cultural pride with your kids or students. For example, you can read “Marco’s Cinco de Mayo,” by Lisa Bullard, to your children. It’s a wonderful book that illustrates the amazing cultural heritage of this day. Afterwards, perhaps make piñatas, and listen to fun Mariachi music.

Whether you're crafting, cooking, or storytelling, today is the perfect day to turn those "fiesta vibes" into a fun learning adventure!

Just FYI!

Monday, May 4th through Friday, May 8th is Teacher Appreciation Week. There are many ways to show your child’s teacher that you appreciate everything they do! And we have some great suggestions if you get stumped! Just ask our reception staff or admins for a hint at what your child’s teacher might like.
