This year marks the 80th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and at USoar at the University of North Florida, we’re proud to honor this milestone by celebrating the incredible achievements and aspirations of our students.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to support every student in reaching their career goals through education, meaningful work experiences, and a strong community of support.

As we reflect on this year’s NDEAM theme, we recognize the importance of creating supported pathways to employment and empowering all individuals to soar toward their career dreams.

The USoar students are midst a whirlwind semester! Balancing books and extracurriculars, these students are truly making the most of their experience.

Our USoar students have been scoring big with hands-on job skills training with the Sporting Jax Pro Women’s soccer team! Come see us for another game this Saturday! 💙⚽️🩶

USoar is about more than just academics! Students are engaging in Living Learning communities and getting involved in campus clubs.

LLC retreat was a success! USoar students crushed the scavenger hunt and built connections through exciting activities.
