Dear UNF Community,
Weβre reaching out to report an intermittent issue affecting some people using the Teams service.
Microsoft has reported that some may experience multiple issues using the platform, such as missing messages, trouble viewing media (images, videos, audio, call recordings, code snippets), and issues loading their Copilot history.
Per Microsoft:
Status: Weβve completed the failover in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region and telemetry is showing improvement. Weβre continuing with the failover processes in the Americas, and are monitoring whilst these processes complete.

Yesterday, we celebrated Halloween alongside the Thomas G. Carpenter Library and couldn't have had a better time!
We happily served candy and stickers to about 150 students as part of Tommy G's Haunted House.
