We’re reaching out to report an intermittent issue affecting some people using the Teams service.

Microsoft has reported that some may experience multiple issues using the platform, such as missing messages, trouble viewing media (images, videos, audio, call recordings, code snippets), and issues loading their Copilot history.

Per Microsoft:

Status: We’ve completed the failover in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region and telemetry is showing improvement. We’re continuing with the failover processes in the Americas, and are monitoring whilst these processes complete.

Grateful for connections, old and new.
