Pomp and Circumstance begins.
Red and gray caps and gowns are everywhere.
Line up two by two, laughing, cracking joke, nervous.
We're finally here.
The coliseum lights shine bright.
Family and friends search for closer seats

It's time, we march in, finding our designated seats
The speeches, the tassels shift from from one side to the other.

We rise, step up and walk across the stage.
Cheers erupt as our names are called.
Handshake, pictures,
Diploma finally within our grasp.
