Hi.
It's been about a hundred years since I've actively posted anything on social media, it feels like. I can't promise that will change.
I just wanted to let my three followers know that I'm still alive and kicking, still coaching, and still trying to help as many people as I can be comfortable in their bodies.
If you're wondering who in the world I am, here's a quick breakdown:
I have zero aesthetic and even less social media presence.
I make my best efforts to help people feel comfortable and empowered in the body they were given.
I am constantly running late and very disorganized but I still do my best in life in general.
I tried the whole "post a bunch of stuff on the internet and attract more clients to you" approach and it has generally failed me. I think maybe because I was trying to be someone I am not - and that is a coach who knows half of what is expected of me as a fitness person on the interwebs. So I stopped posting because it was super stressful and really bringing me no return.
Now, I spend most of my time appreciating where I am, what I have, and who is in my life with me. I help whoever I can in whatever way I can and sometimes those people actually take my advice.
I'm pretty much always taking new clients but don't have the mental space to push or pressure anyone to hire me as their coach. Ask me anything and I will try my very best to answer you, even if it's just to say "I'm not really sure, but I'll try to find out." I will try to answer in a timely manner but, to be honest, I forget a lot and you might have to ask me a couple times.
It's just who I am and I can't apologize for it anymore.
If you're looking for a real person who also happens to know a little bit about health and fitness coaching things, I'd love to talk to you about how I can help you.
Thanks for reading.

Hi.
I'm not dead.
I just am really not good at social media and have been taking some time to focus on myself and figuring out who i actually am.
It's been a much-needed time of self love and healing and discovery and I'm very happy with the path I'm on now.
I still love being a coach to people who need the guidance to feel comfy in their skin.
I just absolutely cannot post daily on social media.
For my mental health. My physical health. And the health of my family.
I'm still here. I'll still try to give you tips and tricks. And I'll try to answer every question you send me. (Please ask me your questions.)
You just might have to be patient with me to get there.
In the meantime, please enjoy this accidental selfie i took while trying to take a picture of my ever-zooming child.
Love you!

Remember that binging on high-sugar and white flour will prolong future cravings. Do not deprive yourself of your favorite foods or you will never be able to stick to your diet plans. The key to weight loss is moderation, not deprivation.

Ensure you are eating nutrient-dense, dark colored vegetables with each meal! Vegetables naturally contain less sugar than fruit and should be eaten regularly.

mineral or supplement to use in daily life, but might not be as super as you think it is. Itβs known for its absorption properties and its ability to remove less desired elements from our bodies but it can also deplete your system of the good nutrients that our bodies need and even make some medications less effective. If youβre interested in using activated charcoal, I highly suggest doing your research and/or speaking with your doctor first, especially if you take prescription medications.
