The ELC of Duval, in partnership with Help Me Grow and New Worlds Reading, is hosting a Community Literacy and Screening Event on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Charles Webb Wesconnett Regional Library, 103rd Street, 32210.

Come and learn about the benefits of New Worlds Reading, an exciting literacy program for students who are not yet meeting grade level.
