Emmanuel Learning Center for Children is an Arkansas Better Chance program for qualifying children a For young children, play is their work.
We are a faith based organization and through age-appropriate and character building activities the children are helped to develop in all dimensions of their beings: spiritual, social/emotional, physical, and cognitive; while encouraging independence. Our goal is to provide a safe and caring environment in which each child can play, learn and grow.

Good news, the water main break on General Samuels Road has been repaired. As a result, ELCC will be open for normal business hours on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. See you then!
