‪Final preparation is underway for getting “The LRSD STEM Hangout” ready for Friday morning! LRSD will definitely be in the house at Thunder Over the Rock LRAFB! Field trip day on Friday and Air Show Sat/Sun.

We have some really great research going on this morning as we prepare for next weekend’s STEM Fest at Thunder Over the Rock air show at LRAFB!

Only a week away from this huge event! Come on out to LRAFB and enjoy the airshow and the STEM Fest with interactive exhibits for kids of all ages! Come hang out with LRSD at Exhibit #35, "The LRSD STEM Hangout" and do some great STEM activities with us! See you there!

Today was a great day of learning in LRSD! Thanks to all the session presenters who made today possible!!

Tomorrow will be a great day of professional learning throughout LRSD. I’m especially excited about the Elementary Curriculum Conference sessions planned for LRSD teachers by LRSD teachers as we gather at Pinnacle View Middle School for a great day of learning! Over 200 teachers are registered to attend!

The LRSD Math Department will have an exhibit at the Thunder Over the Rock STEM Fest! Come on out to the Little Rock Air Force Base Airshow, and look for us at the "Little Rock School District STEM Hangout" in Hangar 250!

K-5 teachers & admins from all over LRSD spent time after school to learn more about how to “Rock the Math Block!” Great engagement from teachers, and great expectations for their students as teachers bring back new ideas!

Elementary teachers and administrators, join us after school on Sept. 25 as we discuss and demonstrate some amazing instructional strategies that really make a difference in the math classroom! You will have the opportunity to experience the math block in action, and will walk away with a clear idea of ways to take your teaching practice in the math classroom to the next level!
