Regenerative Being

This is what I practice (not mastered) and teach. (Disclosure, I’m not trained in Zen Buddhism)

I’ve been in an exploration and reflection lately, to hone in on what exactly my heart and soul want to offer/give/gift
to the world. I have a variety of gifts to give and it’s been hard for me to see who is my “niche”.

I've been on a journey of self-trust. A journey of learning to trust my gifts. A journey of overcoming the fear of success and happiness. A journey of grieving the death of my dad, and facing my own mortality. I've been asking mySelf deep questions and diving into the dark cracks that don't want to be seen. I"ve been to depths of darkness and back multiple times. I've been sitting with my feelings, observing and allowing them to express and pass, holding space for them. I've been on a journey of healing from heartache and loss, and finding home within in myself, wherever I go. I've been on a journey of loving myself through rejection, learning to stand up for myself, of setting boundaries, and holding them. I have come into my own. My confidence has grown. I trust myself. I have been showing up for myself. I love myself.

I bravely walk with you into the unknown, for I see and sense the magnificence that is emerging. What are you birthing in 2019? A new self, a project, a new/renewed relationship, a baby? I am honored to walk with you on this journey as your “doula”. Our sessions shine light on your path, and you feel crystal clarity, confidence and connection with your seedling/endeavor.
