📣Save the Date for our annual Scholastic Book Fair! Shop big. Read more. Support Waterleaf. 🐾

📚We are so excited to be hosting another book fair this fall! Due to scheduling, this will be our ✨ONLY Book Fair✨ of the school year, so let’s make it our BIGGEST and BEST one yet! Here are the details:

📍Waterleaf Media Center
🗓️Schedule as follows:
- Preview Days: September 17th-18th (Thursday and Friday)
- Shopping Days: September 21st-25th (Monday-Friday)
- Before School Shopping: September 22nd (Tuesday) | 7:30AM-8:30AM*
**if you are not in extended day you must stay with your student till 8am*
- Family Night: September 24th (Thursday) | 6:00PM-7:30PM

More information is coming, but please keep in mind:
✅We are coinless again this year. (More details coming)
✅Students will be visiting the book fair with their classes, but parents are encouraged to come with them on Family Night and for Before School Shopping.
✅E-wallet instructions will be sent home in folders and posted online in the coming days.

We have another BIG reason to be proud of our school community! Waterleaf Elementary has officially been named a 2025–2026 GOLD PBIS Model School by the Florida Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (FLPBIS) Project! 🎉👏

This recognition celebrates Waterleaf’s commitment to creating a positive, supportive environment where every student can learn, grow, and thrive.

A huge congratulations to our amazing students, teachers, staff, and administration who make Waterleaf such a special place every day!

It has been TWO YEARS since we’ve had a class reach 100% PTA membership. 😳 This year, we’re challenging our classes to change that!

From now through October 2, we’re battling it out to see which classes can bring in the most PTA memberships. Bragging rights AND parties are on the line! 👀🔥

🥉 3rd Place: POPSICLE PARTY ☀️

This Waterleaf tradition gives our 5th graders the chance to decorate their very own ceiling tile and leave their mark on Waterleaf for years to come!
