The wait is over! Edward H. White High School Cheer Summer Open Gym kicks off June 9th through June 19th and is open to all current and incoming 9th–11th grade students interested in preparing for the upcoming cheer season!

✅ Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
✅ Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
✅ Fridays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Students currently enrolled and academically accepted to Edward H. White High School, including students attending alternative schools.

At this month's Board Meeting, we were proud to recognize two outstanding Team Duval students honored by the Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida:

⭐ Ty’ Son Jones – Middle School Student of the Year (James Weldon Johnson CPMS)(he was not able to attend)
⭐ Dajdriana Brooks – High School Student of the Year (Edward H. White High School)

This prestigious recognition celebrates leadership, service, academic excellence, and dedication to healthy lifestyles. Dajdriana will now advance to compete for Florida Youth of the Year this April.

Academic Signing Day 2026 was everything it was supposed to be — pride, purpose, and powerful next steps. 🎓✨

Our Commanders showed up and showed out as they officially announced their post-secondary plans, surrounded by the love, cheers, and support of family, friends, staff, and community. From college commitments to military service to career pathways, every student on that floor represented hard work paying off.
