We are so proud to celebrate Johnesha Maybell on earning her Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix! 🎉👏

This is such an exciting accomplishment and a wonderful reflection of her hard work, dedication, and commitment to continued growth.

What makes this achievement even more inspiring is that Johnesha accomplished it while raising a family, including her teenage daughter, all while navigating pregnancy and welcoming her now one year old! 💛 Her determination and dedication through it all make this accomplishment even more incredible.

Mr. Donavin started the day in the kitchen making fresh, whole wheat waffles from scratch for our kids! 👨‍🍳💙

🍝 Beef spaghetti
🥕 Carrots
🍍 Pineapple

Fresh preparation, balanced meals, and someone who puts care into what he serves our children—it’s another part of everyday life at NDLC that we’re pretty proud of.

For the past two weeks, our little learners have been exploring compound words with hands-on activities that turn language lessons into something they can see, touch, and solve.

By matching picture puzzles to create words like treehouse and pancake, children build vocabulary, early literacy, critical-thinking, fine-motor, and problem-solving skills—all while having fun. 💙

🐾☀️ Why Is Everyone Hiding?

They're learning! 😄

Yesterday, our little learners pretended to be burrowing animals, hiding from the hot desert “sun” just like some animals do in their natural habitats.

At NDLC, lessons don't always mean sitting at a table. We give children opportunities to move, imagine, play, and experience what they're learning. 💙
