Mud Bowl W! 🌧

In a wet and wild Friday night, the Eagles ran all over the Old Plank Defenders. Jaylin Robinson rushed for over 125 yards and FOUR touchdowns, while Joshua Mims rushed for one. 😤

Big plays were made all over the field tonight by youngsters Colsen Cowart (interception), Palmer Cowart (interception), Isaiah Johnson (three TFL's) and Tucker Frank (two TFLs). Offensively, Ellias Nelson had two receptions and 40+ yards rushing, Jacob Cogner had two receptions and Adam Berquist led CCA up and down the field all evening long.

The Eagles move to 3-1 on the season and matchup with Duval Charter coming up Friday before a bye week.

🏈 College football season is officially here, and our CCA family understood the assignment!

From Preschool through 12th grade, our students, faculty, and staff filled campus with team colors, college shirts, favorite jerseys, and plenty of football spirit!

We may each love a different college team, but at the end of the day, we are one CCA family, and we all soar together! 🦅🧡🤍

TODAY IN EAGLE SPORTS 🦅

Yesterday, the girls golf teams set a school record for the lowest ever team score with a 155!

Emilee Cone and Victoria Upchurch both shot even par with a 36 tying 2nd place for the entire field. ⛳️

Volleyball swept Covenant last night, as well. 🏐

Today, Varsity Football has a road game at Old Plank, looking to feed off of JV’s win from last night!

Oliver Miller rumbled for a 65-yard TD reception
Baize Adcox rushed for a TD
And Miguel Ramirez had 2 TD through the air!

Reading is a BIG deal at CCA and our goal is to encourage the love of reading at an early age. In 4th grade, students choose a bead to add every time they take an AR quiz after completing a book.

Students are developing the mind God gave them. Learning, thinking deeply, and expanding their vocabulary and understanding is just another way to honor the Lord in everything they do. 🦅
