STATION NIGHT!!!!!

We like to do stations once every other month to give everyone a chance to work with everyone! Students get to switch and have different senseis teach them, and sometimes we get to learn new things that are ahead of our curriculum 🥋💪 station night is a fan favorite and always a hit!!!

Before we go back to class next week we want to take a moment to recap all that we accomplished last year!!

- One new WHQ black belt
- Our average class had 39 students
- Our most attended class had 57 students
- We had 38 belt changes (!!!!)
- We did over 500 birthday pushups!

What a joy it was to host the December North Florida Regional Test yesterday! We loved having the high energy and enthusiasm all day in the dojo and getting to see so many great tests. Thank you to everyone who came from out of town and congratulations to all of the candidates!

We are so proud of all the hard work you guys put inside and outside of class and can’t wait to see what the new year holds!

Today we remember Grandmaster Quynh and all the he did for the style and for WHQ! We are thankful to have known him, loved him, and train with him. 🥋💛

SAVE THE DATE!!! The WHQ board breaking class will be on June 26th!

All of our students will have the opportunity to break boards regardless of age and rank! 💪 can’t wait to see you all there!

This past weekend we got to celebrate Sensei Effie at her bridal shower!

One of our favorite things about Cuong Nhu is the connections that go beyond just inside the dojo. We are so excited to see the future for Sensei Effie and her fiancé Chris and we can’t wait to have you back at WHQ!

We had such a great time at SMAC last Saturday! Thank you so much for hosting. We love getting to learn new, fun things and from different instructors!

Last class we had MOCK TESTS!!! It was so great to get to train with different Senseis and different classes! Great energy from everyone and it’s always great to get a different perspective! We’re getting excited for the North Florida Regional Test in 7 weeks!
