The first club day of the year was a success 💚 Kernan Middle Art club students had freedom to create with their art medium of choice. Many students chose painting and drawing, while some chose 3 dimensional mediums like cardboard sculpture and plaster carving.

Kernan Middle School Art classes are participating in a creative fundraiser with Art to Remember that allows you to purchase keepsake products customized with your child’s art. There are over 60 products and many are less than $20. These make great gifts and a percentage of every purchase goes right back to our school. Parents of students enrolled in art will be recieving the link to purchase very soon, so be on the lookout.

Friday night lights! Kernan Middle School’s band members had the opportunity to play along the marching band at Fletcher High School for the annual middle school night. Students from Fletcher Middle, Mayport, and Kernan got to perform on the field and experience the fun music and cadences that are performed in the stands. Thank you to Fletcher High School Band for being amazing hosts!
