Did you know that Duval County Public Schools offers a bilingual educational model? The Hispanic Heritage Essay contest is open to all 4th-12th DCPS students now until October 13 at 5:00 p.m. The contest is presented in partnership with the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation. Submissions may written in Spanish or English.
