Welcome to Carters Martial Arts Institute, we are glad you stopped by. We offer classes for children, and adults, families, and businesses. Whatever your personal self defense goals, or personal achievements are let us help you on your way. We teach classes in Modern Arnis, Ryukyu Kempo, Tuite, and Kyusho Jitsu. We would love to have you join us for a class and see for yourself the fun, and enjoyment the Martial Arts can bring.

Hey everybody wanted to remind you all that the dojo will be closed tomorrow and next
Monday due to the instructors going out of town for training. We will resume normal classes next Tuesday. We hope you have a wonderful weekend and look forward to seeing you all next Tuesday

Happy Birthday CMAI Karate family! I always had a dream to one day have my own karate school. 16 years ago today that dream became a reality when we opened up CMAI Karate with only 6 students, and we were brand new parents with a newborn at home. It was a leap of faith and a lot of hard work and here we are celebrating the anniversary of our first class. To all who believed in us, trained with us and saw us through the good times and bad, I want to say a deep and heartfelt thank you. We could not have done it without you. We’re so honored to have you a part of our Karate family. Here’s to the next 16 years and beyond. Let’s keep kicking together!

Hey everyone wanted to let you all know that we are back to our regular schedule this week. We are getting back to our basics and preparing for next testing which will be coming soon. We do hope everyone had a wonderful spring break and we’re looking forward to seeing you all back kicking with us. Also don’t forget we have an amazing seminar coming at the end of next month. Be sure to keep an eye out for the flyer coming soon. 🥋

To all CMAI Karate, families and students we wanted to let you know that due to spring breaks happening this week and next week the dojo will be open on Monday and Tuesday this weekend and next week for normal classes and closed Wednesday & Thursday of this week and next. We will resume normal classes after next week. Have a safe and happy spring break

Good morning all CMAI Karate students and families. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas filled with love, happiness and family. We wanted to let everybody know that tonight is the last class for 2025 come get your training on as we say goodbye to this year and getting ready for a stellar 2026! After tonight’s class, the dojo will be closed the rest of the week as we prepare to celebrate New Year’s. Hope to see you tonight for the last class in 2025 and again we hope you have a safe and happy New Year’s and look forward 2026! All classes will resume their normal schedule next Monday 1-5-26.

We wanted to take a moment to wish each and every one of our friends, families and students a very Merry Christmas and a healthy happy and prosperous New Year. Please remember the dojo will be closed the week of Christmas and return the following Monday for the last class of 2025 which we will be closed the rest of that week for New Year’s. We come back to our regular schedule the Monday after New Year’s to kick off 2026 with a bang! We have some awesome training opportunities, coming up and new things to come so be prepared for a great new year. Thank you again from all of us at CMAI Karate for being part of our martial arts family and continuing to excel in your training and growth.
