Two weeks ago, we had an incredible opportunity to work with the next generation of elite dancers this summer! The week of June 28th, we helped prepare these talented young athletes with strength and conditioning workouts tailored specifically for the physical demands of ballet. ๐ฉฐโจ
Our team also provided some essential nutrition coaching to fuel these dancers for their rigorous training. Whether it was improving core stability, power, or endurance, these athletes put in the work to take their performances to the next level.
