Here is a fun song, set to the melody of “Shut Up and Dance With Me” to help your student learn about idioms. Students in 2nd – 5th grade need to be able to identify a simile and explain it.
Idioms come up often, even in everyday conversations, and even on television shows. Challenge your family to use an idiom in conversation over the Thanksgiving Break!
