People see the residence halls, but they rarely see the engine that runs them. Today, we honor Suellen and Erika for Administrative Professionals Day. While their official title is Operations Specialist, the reality is they are the steady hands guiding the Gamecock Living Experience. From executing complex assignment logistics and assisting with billing inquiries, to navigating customer service and maintaining accurate occupancy data, they handle the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Thank you for your precision and dedication to our standard.

Hey Gamecocks! The countdown to Room Selection is officially on.

Step 1: Check THD Self-Service ⏱️
Log in and check your "Messages." Your room selection date and time are based on when you officially entered the Housing Queue. If you don't see a time, your application is NOT complete.

Step 2: Parental Verification (Under 19) 📧
If you are under 19, your parent/guardian was resent a verification email today. Your application is incomplete until they verify. You can update their email address in THD until April 1 without losing your spot in the queue!

Step 3: Register for GO! (Gamecock Orientation) 🎓
DEADLINE: APRIL 1. If you aren't registered for Orientation by Wednesday, you will be removed from the room selection process and manually assigned by our office.

Selection Closes: April 30 @ 11:59 PM

Meet Kiley Pinson, a Woodstock, GA native and an Exercise Science and Wellness major. Kiley has 3 years of experience as a Resident Assistant, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a "steady, approachable presence" to the team.

Outside of Housing, you can find Kiley working as a student trainer for Jax State Volleyball or participating in the Kinesiology Club and Zeta Tau Alpha. ❤️

"I try to build a sense of community through the small moments... I want my residents to feel as if they are living with people who see them and support them."
