To officially join our learning centered community you must execute your physical arrival logistics with absolute precision based on your specific approval date. Just as a craftsman measures twice to ensure a perfect joint you must verify your routing before driving to campus.

How To Execute Your Arrival

Step 1: Verify your approved move in date inside your Housing Portal https://jsu.datacenter.adirondacksolutions.com/jsu_thdss_prod/index.html

Step 2: Early arrivals reporting prior to the main move in days of August 12-15 proceed directly to their assigned residence hall.

Step 3: Standard arrivals reporting during the main move in days of August 12-15 proceed directly to the centralized drive thru check in at the Pete Mathews Coliseum.

Step 4: Present your valid JCard to the Housing staff to officially accept your booking process assignment and receive your keys.

Living on campus is a symbiotic partnership requiring firm guidance and support. JAX State HRL seeks uncompromising leaders to serve as Assistant Residence Life Coordinators. This twelve month live on role requires you to hold peers accountable, facilitate the booking process, and cultivate a culture of ownership among first year and upper class students. The comprehensive compensation package covers your costs with fully furnished housing, utilities, a biweekly stipend, and a graduate tuition scholarship.
