Faculty Friday!

Meet Ms. Straight! Originally from Biloxi, Mississippi, Ms. Straight attended St. Alphonsus Catholic Church as a child and has been sharing her love of literature and grammar with students for nearly 20 years!

Beyond the classroom, she is also an accomplished author of two books and produced a PBS film that premiered nationally in January 2025!

Ms. Straight is excited and grateful to be part of the Guardian Catholic family and is looking forward to a safe, productive, and fun school year with our students!

What a great way to kick off our first home basketball games! The energy in the gym was incredible, and we are so proud of all of our Eagles! A huge congratulations to our JV Boys on their big win!

A special shoutout to our incredible drumline and cheerleaders for bringing the energy and keeping the crowd fired up all night long!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Jenkins, Market President for Northeast Florida at Florida Blue, to our school today! From witnessing an exciting hands-on science experiment in Ms. Bryant’s 2nd grade classroom to exploring art, music, PE, and early learning, it was a day filled with incredible moments. We love showing our community partners all the wonderful things happening at Guardian!
