As we recognize Juneteenth, we reflect on the importance of nurturing compassionate, thoughtful citizens who will help build a future rooted in dignity, freedom, and peace.

Using a dropper may look simple, but this activity is helping build concentration, coordination, hand strength, and control of movement with every squeeze.

In Montessori, we know that preparing the hand is just as important as preparing the mind. Long before a child picks up a pencil, they're strengthening the exact muscles needed for writing through purposeful Practical Life activities like this one.

We just celebrated our VPK graduation. We are so proud of all they have learned, accomplished, and grown this year. Watching their curiosity, confidence, and independence blossom has been a joy. We know they are ready for their next adventure and can't wait to see all the wonderful things they will achieve.
