“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less traveled by, and it has made all the difference.” - Robert Frost
Could it be that Robert Frost was speaking about Ruch Community School when he wrote this? Perhaps not, but it definitely resembles that of Ruch Community School’s mission to offer families a special, unique and ‘less traveled’ educational experience different from the mainstre
am practices employed in public education. With a place/community based focus, students are engaged in a hands-on, real world education that is made possible with the help from the community and the philosophy that becoming a contributing citizen means that their studies should include skills and practices that are applicable outside of school. With a 97% attendance rate, students in pre-school through 8th grade are finding that attending Ruch School – has made all the difference! MISSION STATEMENT:
Ruch Elementary School is committed to creating and maintaining a learning environment
