Hey guys, I was really wanting to get together to give you my news I person. It doesn't appear that is going to happen.
So, I wanted to tell you that I am going to be moving to Washington State as soon as our house sells. You know how much I miss my grandbabies.
Anyway, I have given my resignation to Mrs Mastromatto a few a weeks ago. I have still been taking care of the animals and such. They have already found someone to be your teacher. His name is Mr Jones and he is a very experienced teacher and actually started a vet assisting program where he is from in South Florida in 2005.
I definitely have mixed emotions because I love all of my students like my kids. I care for each of you as if you were my own. I will always be a text/phone call away. I will do my very best to be back for graduations.
Please do me one favor....
Do not treat Mr Jones like I was treated my first 2years. If you know, you know...
Always be respectful and listen before you speak.
Rules will change and things will not be the same but that doesn't mean bad. Different can be awesome if you are open to it. Please go into this year being the leaders that you are. Please be the positive during this change. The other students will follow your actions!
I am still around for advice, tutoring, etc. Please let's have a "going away" party or something before school starts. I want to give each of you a hug and personal well wishes.
I hope to see you all before school starts!
Love
Mrs Lee❤️❤️❤️

This has been a super busy week! Teaching students how to bandage, getting students ready for the Greater Jacksonville Fair, getting our hay bale and booth decorated, then grooming! (Not to mention not having a planning period ) Sometimes I feel like a slacker, until the pictures show otherwise.

An English class took a "field trip" to my room. Students got lessons on how to read dog and cat body language. Jojo kept them all in their seats.

Today was another great day for new experiences. Students were shown a new breed, Irish Setter. I was amazed that none of my students had seen one even in a magazine. What a great example of the breed and a champ he was. Jojo is always a good supervisor!
We had a guest snake as a visitor, a veiled camelion and the squirrels gave me a run for my money.
Never a dull moment!

Busy day for grooming! The word is getting out how fantastic these kids are at what they do!
Add a fire drill on top of all the chaos and you get a dog parade! ❤️
We also had some special visitors that needed a little pet therapy.

Well, we groom on Thursday and Fridays. We were so busy today that I only got random pictures. Freshmen learned how to feed big animals, feed worms and also groomed! Jojo also got some big lovins today, too!
Tomorrow is an even busier day. I will make sure that someone else besides me, takes pictures, 😂
