Please make sure you take advantage of the FREE testing at B3 Better on April 11th. This is a great opportunity to get real baseline data on what you need to improve to become a better athlete, plus identify anything in your movement that could lead to injury. They’ve worked with hundreds of college and pro athletes, so you’re getting high-level insight.

You MUST sign up in advance—don’t wait until the last minute. Get registered and show up ready to work.
