Are YOU ready for a Year of Service?
Paxon School for Advanced Studies is proud to kick off an exciting Year of Service! In partnership with the Mitch22 Foundation,
we’re starting strong by coming together to support deserving students with a school supply drive—and we need YOUR help to make it a success!
📌 How you can make a difference:
✅ Bring school supplies during orientation
✅ Encourage friends and classmates to participate
We invite family and community members to donate and drop off items. These can be left at orientation or dropped off in our main office.
💙 Every donation counts—and students who contribute will earn community service hours AND a special treat!
Let’s show the power of the Paxon community by giving back and setting the tone for a year full of impact. Stay tuned for more.
✨ Are you ready to serve? Let’s make it happen—together! ✨

Paxon Talent Shines at the Seal of Biliteracy Ceremony! 🌍🎶
Our Paxon students didn’t just earn recognition—they took the stage and showcased their incredible talents at this year’s Seal of Biliteracy Ceremony at UNF! 🎤
With powerful and captivating performances, Timothy Sloan ('26) and Salet Pena-Rodriguez ('27) truly elevated the celebration, demonstrating that biliteracy is more than an academic achievement—it’s a bridge to culture, creativity, and connection.
We are so proud of the students who represented Paxon with excellence, confidence, and heart. Their performances reflected the richness of language and the beauty of diverse voices coming together in one unforgettable event.
At Paxon, we celebrate not only what our students know, but what they can do—and this was a shining example of both.
Bravo to our talented Golden Eagles for inspiring us all! 🦅 County Public Schools

Paxon Students Are Biliterate! 🌍✨
Join us in celebrating an incredible achievement—140 Paxon seniors earned Gold and Silver Seals of Biliteracy at the annual Seal of Biliteracy Ceremony held this past week at UNF!
The Florida Seal of Biliteracy recognizes graduates who have demonstrated a high level of proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in one or more languages in addition to English. This distinction reflects dedication, discipline, and a deep commitment to global learning.
We are especially proud that Paxon had the second-highest number of students earning this honor—a testament to the strength of our academic programs and the hard work of our students and teachers.
At Paxon, we don’t just prepare students for graduation—we prepare them to thrive as global citizens. 🌎💙
Congratulations, Golden Eagles—your future speaks many languages! 🦅💫 County Public Schools
Check out Siang Uk singing the National Anthem!
Siang Uk, Paxon Class of 2023, had the privilege of singing the Star Spangled Banner at the FAMU commencement exercises this spring! Siang was a member of Paxon's acclaimed choral program under the direction of Dr. Samuel Shingles where his talents were nurtured. We are proud if him and all that he continues to accomplish!
At Paxon, we prepare our students to exceed expectations at the next level and beyond. Congratulations! Duval County Public Schools
