I am a yoga instructor, mental health counselor-in-training, and mindfulness advocate. I currently teach yoga, meditation, self-care presentations, and mindfulness workshops on campus at Jacksonville State University.

Wellfest 2023 was a success!!
First annual Wellfest allows students time to breathe Chi Sigma Iota and Jacksonville State University’s Counseling Services took advantage of the beautiful weather and hosted Wellfest, a mental health day on the quad.
