Good evening, Bayview Braves,

Our last full week of the school year has come to an end. What a great week!
I wanted to share the happenings for next week, our last week of school:

Monday - No School for Memorial Day

Tuesday- Promotional ceremony from 9-9:45 in the cafeteria for Mrs. Adams, Mrs. Macy, and Mr. Jones' classes

Wednesday- SeaWorld Field Trip for Safety Patrols and Student Growth- *students need to be on campus by 6:30 am
Wednesday - Promotional ceremony from 9-9:45 in the cafeteria for Alfonso, Courtney/Riley, Edmonds, and Moore
Wednesday- 5:30-6:30 PM- Summer Camp Orientation in the cafeteria- Ms. Melton with Wayman Aftercare will reach out to families whose child was accepted. Please plan to attend if your child was accepted.

Thursday, May 28th- LAST DAY OF SCHOOL- Dismissal starts at 11:45 am!

I hope you all have a wonderful 3 day weekend and look forward to seeing you next week for our last few days of the school year!

Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up (May 4th–8th), and we want to show our amazing teachers just how much they mean to us! 💙

We’re inviting all parents, families, and community stakeholders to help us “Fill the Fridge” in the teachers’ lounge with snacks, treats, and drinks throughout the week. Let’s keep our teachers fueled, refreshed, and feeling appreciated!

🧃 Ideas for donations:
• Bottled water, sodas, sparkling drinks
• Coffee, creamers, energy drinks
• Healthy snacks (fruit, granola bars, yogurt)
• Sweet treats (cookies, candy, baked goods)
• Grab-and-go items for busy days (chips, popcorn)

📅 Drop-off dates: Now until May 1st
📍 Location: Front office at Bayview

Bayview is ready to celebrate Literacy Week! Pull out your patriotic outfits or dress up as a 100 year old for the 100th day of school tomorrow!

Good Morning and Happy Thursday! Just a friendly reminder that Math and Science Night is this evening at 6pm. Please join us to play math bingo and bring home some math games to play with your student at home!

Please see below for upcoming events and spirit days as we host 10 days of Holiday Cheer with our staff and students. We encourage all to participate as we get closer to winter break. Please also remember state testing continues next week for K-5 students. Thank you for your support!

We are overwhelmed with gratitude at how well our Thanksgiving food drive went. The winning hallway (Hallway B) got to pie Ms. Cousins and Ms. York in the face today as their treat! Thank you to every single person and family who made it possible to supply our Braves families with food for Thanksgiving break.
