This prestigious program brought together educational leaders from across the state to strengthen instructional leadership, develop data-driven systems for continuous improvement, and enhance practices that support student achievement. Through leadership institutes and collaborative learning experiences, Mrs. Vincent further expanded her expertise in transformational leadership and instructional excellence.

We are incredibly proud of Mrs. Vincent's dedication to professional growth and her commitment to providing the very best for our students, staff, and school community. The knowledge and experiences gained through the Chancellor’s Leadership Academy will continue to have a positive impact on RCSA Elementary.

From exciting rides to amazing memories with friends, this field trip was full of laughter, learning, and fun. We are so proud of our students and all the wonderful memories they are making together before moving on to middle school!
