Congrats to Lekeshi Wormley of KIPP Jacksonville, a 2026 Harriett Ball Excellence in Teaching Award winner!

Lekeshi is a 10th-grade biology teacher at KIPP Bold City High School, where she has helped students outperform peers statewide on Florida’s rigorous end-of-course biology exam. As Science Department Chair and advisor for the Health Occupations Students of America chapter, she also connects students to real opportunities in health sciences and KIPP Public Schoolscareer pathways.
