This is my dinner that I watched our bbies prepare for me. They be paying attention they know their teacher like good food.

The feeling you get when you’re where you are suppose to be (being taught by small people with a colorful imagination)… I have a purpose and it’s to fulfill my Father’s plan through my childcare and that is what I plan to do. 💯🥰

My current situation anything I can continue to learn to become even better as a professional provider I am going to do. I love what I do and I know this is where I’m suppose to be (in any field where I can help)…🥰🥰

Added a lil bit more so I will now be able to offer my parents and staff some extra benefits if ever needed. I love what I do!🥰💯

I am heavily thinking about turning into a 24 hr daycare to get my kids back who parents schedules changed to night shift. I really miss my bbies real bad 😩🥰. Willona Woods

Make learning memorable

We have so many great parents that are scared to put their kids in childcare because of the neglect that they have experienced with a provider in the past but we aren’t ready to talk about that. I’m a provider now in which I left nursing to become due to so many of my young and seasoned mothers, young and older father patients complaining about how they’ve seen events it daycare reported it and nothing happened. I was that parent as well so at times I can agree and others I disagree. I say that to say this the same way we are in front of these parents/guardians to get their kids we should treat them the same in there absence. It’s no way we should respect and value our workers when they are disrespecting these babies our there parents when they are in the wrong.

He just finished eating breakfast and he is so happy his arms can finally reach the hanging toys😂😍

I get frustrated with ppl but this calms any storm due to rain we are inside being productive through play. 💕😍

Whew I was so happy to see our kids this morning. I had that week vacation and it was everything but I can honestly say I missed these babies 🥰🥰. I love their life and I know that they love us back.
