This year, we are proud to celebrate two incredible members of the SJEDS family, Mrs. Sarah Stanley and Mrs. Dawn Encarnacion, on their 30 years of dedication to our school community.
Mrs. Stanley, our Kindergarten Assistant, and Mrs. Encarnacion, our Pre-K3 Teacher, have spent three decades helping shape the earliest school experiences for countless students through their care, patience, and commitment.
Thank you both for the love and lasting impact you continue to bring to SJEDS each and every day.
Class of 2026, signing off.

Three brothers, one SJEDS community. 🐻
Clark will join Mrs. Dawn Encarnacion and Ms. Karen Offield’s Pre-K3 class for the 2026-2027 school year, alongside older brothers Warner and Gunther. With a Bear already sitting right on top of his head, we’d say he’s more than ready for Bear life!
For years, Mrs. Debbie Rogers has inspired curiosity, creativity, and joyful problem-solving in The Wonder Lab, helping students discover that science is something to explore, question, and experience. Through hands-on investigations, collaborative learning, and a sense of wonder that extends far beyond the classroom walls, she has shaped the way countless students see the world around them.
As she begins a new adventure as a grandmother, we celebrate the lasting impact she has made on our school community. Thank you, Mrs. Rogers, for encouraging hundreds of learners to stay curious, ask questions, and never stop wondering.
