🏆🎮 CONGRATULATIONS ANDRES — WINNER OF THE ALL-FLORIDA SUMMER GAME JAM! 🎮🏆

We are incredibly proud of Andres from Code Ninjas Ponte Vedra and his winning game, “Summer Pigeons!” 🐦🏖️
Andres took inspiration from a summer day at the beach — including trying to enjoy some food around those always-hungry pigeons 😂 — and turned it into an original JavaScript game!

And here’s what makes this accomplishment even more impressive:
🔥 140 games were created by Ninjas across Florida
⏱️ They had just 4 HOURS to build their games
👨‍💻 Creators ranged from 6–16 years old
💻 Games were built in block code and JavaScript
🏆 And “Summer Pigeons” was selected as the BEST GAME!

The judges highlighted Andres’ game for having everything they were looking for — a great summer theme, creativity, fun gameplay, and a clear beginning, middle and end.

👏 Way to go, Andres! We are so proud to have the All-Florida Game Jam Champion right here at Code Ninjas Ponte Vedra!

But there was another huge winner from this event: Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. ❤️

Together, participating Code Ninjas locations raised an incredible $4,692 for Extra Life and Children’s Miracle Network! 🙌

The first All-Florida Summer Game Jam showed exactly what can happen when we challenge kids to go beyond simply playing games and give them the skills to CREATE their own.
