As someone who is so not techy, this whole ChatGPT stuff feels completely overwhelming!! But also, I am thinking WOW is this a way to make this thing I struggle with easier to use? I found this article intriguing. What are your thoughts on ChatGPT?

It's Motivation Monday!! We all go through times when our motivation is lacking. Here are 5 ways to overcome it.

1. Set goals that trigger intrinsic motivation (something you find rewarding) rather than extrinsic motivation (receiving a reward for completion).
2. Shift your perspective by focusing on what you’ve achieved rather than what you have left to accomplish.
3. Harness the influence of others by networking with and listening to mentors, role models and other high achieving individuals.
4. Sharing advice and knowledge is an effective way to overcome lack of motivation by boosting confidence and spurring action.
5. Recognize your emotional state by honoring your feelings. By doing this, you create space between yourself & your emotional reaction allowing yourself to
choose how you want to show up.

June is designated PRIDE month. A number of people in my life are a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Doing less means you are able to concentrate your energy on only worthy endeavours. You end up accomplishing more, and having something to show for your efforts.

Urgent doesn’t always mean important, busy doesn’t always mean productive. Think about it for a moment. How many times have you been ‘busy’ yet ended up achieving nothing significant?

Isn't great when you come across a saying or quote that hits home or is exactly what you need to hear when you hear it!

I've been working on a new aspect of my business and it is taking longer than I would like it to take. However, time will pass anyway so I keep pushing forward! It will all come together when the time is right!!

What are your superpowers? Have you ever given this some thought? So many times we think about the things we can't do or that we think we are bad at but have you considered the things that make you superpowered?

In a coaching program that I previously participated in we were tasked with asking at least 10 people to list 3 things that they saw as our superpowers. I received some of the most heartfelt messages that truly opened me up my to all the amazing skills I do have. This activity came to me at a time when I really needed to hear them. These are some of the awesome things that heard about myself!!
