Today, Monday March 21st at 10:00 am The members of The Celebrated St. John Lodge #14, represented by Past Master Learie Holder, Past Master Terry Bowser, and Master Mason Derrick Bates, presented a check for $425 and ties to 27 young men at Fort Caroline Elementary School in Jacksonville, Fl. Our lodge discovered through communication with Assistant Principal Kanzla Parker, their 4th grade teacher, Mr. Goodman is sponsoring an after school program, "Guys With Ties" that teaches them social, emotional, life, and leadership. These students will use these lessons to mentor younger students in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade. These students were in need of white button down shirts, and ties. Our Lodge did not hesitate to shine our Masonic Light when we were presented with these needs. This is what Masons do in our respective communities. These are some awesome young men who will be our future..
