Time for another Skill of the Week Challenge! Join in to get featured and to set your season up for success! Here’s how it works: 

1. On Mondays, we drop a skill here - This week’s skill challenge is a little different. What we want to see? Heel Stretches! But we’re giving you a little creative freedom in how you get there this week! If you’re just mastering the basics, start with a straight up or toss stretch. If you’re intermediate, maybe a full up pull through or a low to high full around pull through. If you’re more advanced, show us what you’ve got to a heel stretch! We’re looking for pretty lines this week, not necessarily the hardest skill 🙂‍↔️

2. Practice - Grab your group and get to work! (Hybrid Library members head to the Skill of the Week challenge page to learn this skill).

3. Film your attempt and post it to stories 📱 and tag us Hybrid Cheer | Elite Cheerleading Training + Stunt Tutorials - whether it’s perfect or a or a work in progress, we want to see it! 

4. Our team will review every submission. The best attempts will get featured on our page!

1. On Mondays, we drop a skill here - This week’s skill is the Straight Up Lib (Toss Lib for coed style). We’re focusing on solid basics this month as teams head back to school. If you’re a little more advanced, focus on timing, precision, bases planting your feet, and flyers hitting strong lib and motion placement. And try challenging your team to see who can hold a lib the longest!

2. Practice - Grab your group and get to work! (Hybrid Library members head to the Skill of the Week challenge page to learn this skill).

3. Film your attempt and post it to stories 📱 and tag us Hybrid Cheer | Elite Cheerleading Training + Stunt Tutorials - whether it’s perfect or a or a work in progress, we want to see it!

School’s back and so are the Skill of the Week Challenges! We’re bringing it back to the basics because without them, you have nothing. Join in to get featured and to set your season up for success! Here’s how it works: 

1. On Mondays, we drop a skill here - This week’s skill is the Toss Extension (Straight Up extension or J-Up for all girl style)

2. Practice - Grab your group and get to work! (Hybrid Library members head to the Skill of the Week challenge page to learn this skill). If you’re a little more advanced in stunting, use this challenge to work on timing, perfecting technique, and bases not moving your feet when you do this skill.

3. Film your attempt and post it to stories 📱 and tag us Hybrid Cheer | Elite Cheerleading Training + Stunt Tutorials - whether it’s perfect or a or a work in progress, we want to see it!

It's like brushing your teeth. Sleep. nutrition, and exercise aren't things you should have to try to find time for. If you want to train like an elite level athlete... if you want to *BE* an elite level athlete, sleep, nutrition, and strength training should be as automatic in your daily life as brushing your teeth.

We’re gonna start this conversation because cheer demands a lot from your body.

✔️ Full out after full out.
✔️ Stunts that require power, control, & timing at the end of your routine when you’re already gassed
✔️ Practices that run long
✔️ Weightlifting to get stronger
✔️ A season that doesn’t let up while you’re juggling school, work, and trying to have some semblance of a life in-between

And yet? No one in cheer wants to talk about the fact that to train like an elite level athlete, you have to fuel your body like one.

You already know you should eat better as an athlete. Knowing was never the problem. Nobody taught you how to actually do it in a way that fits your life and the demands of this sport.

We set out to create a practical resource to teach you how to use food as a tool to build the physical capacity every cheerleader needs: the power to hit, the stamina to hit again, and the recovery to do it tomorrow.

Skills you can drill. Physical capacity? You have to *build* it.

Fueled to Hit is a system that teaches you how to build it with the food you eat so you can feel confident everytime you step on the mat that your body can handle the demand it takes to hit. 👏
