Today, September 11, 2026, the United Supreme Council, 33º, A∴A∴S∴R∴, PHA, Southern Jurisdiction, USA, Inc. joins our brethren across the Scottish Rite family in solemn remembrance of the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001.

Under the banner “Brethren in Unity: A Ceremony of Remembrance & Brotherhood,” Sovereign Grand Commanders representing the Scottish Rite stand together in a united presentation supporting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Today I joined my fellow Sovereign Grand Commanders Ill. Walter F. Wheeler, 33º; Ill. Melvin J. Bazemore, 33º; and Ill. James D. Cole, 33º in demonstrating that remembrance, patriotism, service and brotherhood transcend jurisdictional boundaries. Also joining me were Grand Secretary-General Dr. L Ken Upchurchcollins, 33°; President-USC Charitable Foundation Col. Greg Clark, 33°; Vice-President-USC Charitable Foundation Kevin L. Scruggs, 33° and members from the Orient of Kentucky.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the firefighters, law-enforcement officers, military personnel, first responders, and ordinary Americans whose extraordinary courage defined that day.

The United Supreme Council is honored to stand in unity and service and to support the continuing mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

We remember those who fell.
We honor those who served.
We salute those who ran toward the fire.
We will NEVER FORGET.

For the first time we experienced amazing presentations in our joint workshop with the Order of the Golden Circle. a Master class for leaders touching on our strenghths , weaknesses and finances.
