Too often coaches are one way during training and totally different during games.
They then expect children to take on information (and execute) even when under pressure.
As a coach you NEED to be consistent - every single day.
This means the same person showing up, in a similar mood, and the children knowing exactly what to expect from you and your sessions.
Kids need coaches to be both consistent in their character, and consistent in their methods.
This is when they learn best and grow in confidence.
They should know EXACTLY the coach that will show up for them no matter what.
How you show up as a coach REALLY matters.
You have more impact than you think.
In their sport and life.
