Good morning! If you are unable or unwilling to fly to Hilliard today for the landing contest due to the weather, don’t worry! We’re already planning a fun alternate way to participate. So no pressure whatsoever. Stay tuned for details! The party on the ground is still on. We will be there all day with the Mobile Flight Simulator.

What can you do on a rainy day to keep your flying skills sharp, when you’ve only got an hour to spare? Before heading out the door to pick up our daughter from school today, I fired up the Elite AATD and used PilotEdge to practice my IFR skills in a new way — a departure procedure in mountainous terrain followed by an ILS approach, at the North Las Vegas airport. Fun, efficient and effective!
