Some parents have inquired about the playlist. The song requests are closed and we are not releasing a playlist ahead of the event, as it would be highly unusual to do (and frankly, imho, spoils the spontaneity and fun of any prom or party). If, however, the concern is about R-rated language, I can tell you that we are using clean edits of any songs. With that said, please bear in mind that this is a parent-run event made free to our teens so that they wouldn't miss out. If that's fair enough to you, you can still get your tickets if you haven't yet. Prom is only 1 week away! :O

People have been asking about the Matching we offered last week. That window is already closed and expired (as is the prom king/queen nomination and voting, and the song requests). However, the window to get tickets is still open, and if your child doesn't have a date or a group to go with, we recommend coming to or starting a meetup before the event. Message us to get started, and let your child pass the word around to the teens they know so that they won't feel alone. Our venue hasn't hit capacity yet, so the more the merrier. Get the word out!

Also-- we do not need chaperones. The adult to teen ratio is already a bit high for a prom. However, if you'd like to help, we need volunteers for light cleaning and light food station manning. Those people would sort of be like chaperones anyway. Contact us if you can help.

Tickets will not be available at the door, and only ticket-holders will be given the location. The good news is tickets are free.

Q. Is it only homeschoolers who may attend, or can public and private school students come?

A. This was intended for homeschoolers and they get priority. However, we understand that kids in conventional school missed out in the past two years, too. Just like last year’s seniors, they are being welcomed by us for that reason.

Q. What kind of attire are the prom attendees planning to wear?

A. This would be a great question for them to ask each other at a get-together. I’m sure they’re very excited to talk about it. Plan to come to one, or plan one and invite us!

Current get togethers scheduled:
Saturday night -- hangout at an attendee's house
Monday -- trying on prom dresses, outing, just for fun/inspiration
Next Friday afternoon -- parents get together at coffee shop
