UNF is home to 32 active fraternities and sororities and the Greek community makes up approximately

The University of North Florida hosts 26 Greek-lettered organizations on campus. Fraternity & Sorority Life at UNF is made up of:
8 Interfraternity Council (IFC) Fraternities
2 Multicultural Greek Council (MGC)
9 National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Fraternities and Sororities
5 National Panhellenic Council (NPC) Sororities

We are only 1,300 Greeks, but we make a difference at UNF and in Jacksonville.

The Multicultural Greek Council known as MGC is the governing body for the culturally-based fraternity and sorority chapters (5). The primary purpose of MGC is to promote collaboration for the purpose of uniting fraternal organizations under National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO), National Asian Pacific Islander American Pan-Hellenic Association (NAPA), and National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC) on campus.
