This weekend, we had the honor of hosting our Women Empowered Seminar, and our hearts are full of gratitude. 💜

Thank you to every courageous woman who showed up, embraced her strength, and chose to invest in herself through self-defense.

Everything we have, everything we are building, and every blessing in our lives comes from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Without him, we have nothing. We put Him first above all — in our lives, our marriage, our family, and this amazing business we have been blessed with.

This weekend we had the honor of being baptized along side our friend and over 2,552 people who publicly declared Jesus Christ as Lord and savior🙌

We want to express our sincere gratitude to The Church of Eleven22 , Pastor Joby Martin and all the amazing pastors and leaders who faithfully embody what it means to follow Jesus and lead others to Him. Thank you for showing the way and creating space for so many to take this life-changing step. A big thank you as well to all the volunteers who helped bring this event to life. We are beyond grateful to be part of what God is doing. ✝️

Today was nothing short of POWERFUL. 💪✨
Our Women’s Self-Defense Seminar was filled with incredible energy, strength, and sisterhood. Watching women show up for themselves, learn life-saving skills, and uplift one another was truly inspiring.

What made it even more meaningful? Every dollar raised is being donated to local women’s programs that support domestic abuse survivors and sexual assault victims. 🤍

We are beyond grateful for every single participant, Student and Instructors who showed up, showed out, and helped us turn empowerment into impact.

Thank you for being part of something bigger than all of us. This is what empowerment looks like.

🎄💙 Our hearts are so full with gratitude for our Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Baymeadows community.
Thank you to all of our students and families who contributed to our toy drive. This year we are happy to have been able to donate to Wolfson Children’s Hospital. We are confident that the love, energy, and generosity behind each donation will help bring comfort, hope, and joy to children currently in the hospital this holiday season.
