One of the things we worked with the ladies this morning in our women’s only class.

Options from lockdown when the person on top is bigger/stronger than you.

Bottom side: lock down -> pre stomp -> super stomp -> battle of the knees to butterflies 🦋 Top side: pulls away. 🦋 Bottom side: Head control -> stands in base -> sprawls and head control. 🦋 finish the guillotine or spin around to the back or ….. so many options! 🤠
